Conversion Notes: This package is based on the flame panther race from the Rifts role playing game. I based this package deal on the absolute minimum of abilities of a first level flame panther. This write-up uses Champions 5th edition rules.

Psi-Flamers are a master psychics who are master psychics with a talent towards pyrokinetic powers, specifically being able to shoot flames, project a flaming force field as well as sense fire and be able to put fires out. They are completely immune to flames.

Psi-Flamers should also choose 9 minor psionic abilities.
