Explanation of the conversion: This conversion represents Scourge before he became a Targetmaster.
History (Marvel comics): Scourge was among the Decepticons commanded by Scorponok who followed Fortress Maximus
and his Autobots to the planet Nebulos (Transformers: Headmasters #2).
When the Decepticons learned that the Autobots had created Targetmasters be converting Nebulans into the weapons of
several Autobot warriors, the Decepticons did the same, and Scourge was partnered with Fracas (Transformers:
Headmasters #4).
When Scorponok's group followed Fortress Maximus to Earth Scourge and other Decepticons under Scorponok's command were
tricked into fighting the Decepticons under Ratbat's command by Starscream, so he could
steal Scorponok's space ship and intercept the Underbase (Transformers #49).
Scourge is a powerful and tracker.
Trivia: On the Transformers television show, the voice of Scourge
is played by actor Stan Jones.
Powers: Scourge is tough, strong, fast, skilled, and highly intelligent. In he can fly and become a
Cybertonian jet fighter. Scourge possesses powerful high-tech scanning equipment and a disintergater ray that can cut
through solid rock. In robot mode, he carries a laser blaster that shoots short bursts of intense heat.
In the television series Scourge once wielded the Matrix briefly, which increased his powers.
Weaknesses: Scourge has no true weaknesses. Although arrogant, his abilities usually give him good reason to be.
