Explanation of the conversion: Kid Chaos isn't written to be a player character, but as a follower for Commander Chaos.
History: John Bowen and his little brother James came to the attention of the sorcerer known as Saker in 1981. Saker was curious what sort of powers the two might possess if made into members of the Supernature. They were kidnapped by Ratman for Saker to do his experiments on them. Although they gained remarkable powers, both brothers were considered too diffuicult to control and placed into suspended animation on Nacht Island by Saker when he was done with them. When the U.S. government took over Nacht Island, they released John and others and used them to form the super team known as Strikeforce America.
Powers: John and his brother James display a gift unique to the pair in that they can fire a variety of colorful energy beams from their eyes at will. It hasn't been documents how many different effects the brothers can produce, but each beam is a unique color. They also have an amazing regeneration ability and no longer age. Like all members of the supernature they have a supernatural aura which makes the living uneasy around them.
They both have a costume made of ectoplasm which protects them and can be called to them at will.
