Explanation of the conversion: The two sets of characteristics are for Doctor Thunder II represent her normal form and that enhanced with her magic belt. I didn't give the belt she wears the Focus limitation because it can't be removed without the owner removing it, and Dayle has no intention of ever removing it. I wrote Doctor Thunder II differently from other members of the Supernature because unlike them she didn't die and come back. She is merely a normal human who wears a magical belt. So I didn't give her the same ability to summon an extoplasmic uniform or the death aura.
History: Little is known about the history of Dayle Ann Vulce. It is known she was born on February 27th, 1960 in Atlanta and she is the sister to Doctor Robert Vulce, the original Doctor Thunder.
Doctor Robert Vulce was part of the team sent to Nacht Island to uncover the secrets left by the sorcerer Saker after he was defeated by the Elementals. Robert discovered a belt which was an ancient artifact on the island, and with it gained superhuman strength and durability. He was recruited to become a member of Strikeforce America and given the name Doctor Thunder by Ratman (recounted in Elementals II #26).
The original Doctor Thunder served in the Oblivion War with the Congress of the Supernature.
After the Oblivion Was ended Strikeforce America was assigned by the U.S. government to take care of any supernatural threats created by the Shadowspear, a magical storm accidentally created when Saker was defeated.
Robert was mortally wounded fighting a demonic dog with a poisonous bite created by the Shadowspear. His sister Dayle was with him at his deathbed. He made her promise never to give up the belt to anyone and passed it on to her just before he died. She took up the mantle of Doctor Thunder II (Strikeforce America #1).
When her teammate The Haunting married the Elemental Vortex, Dayle was upset to learn that she wasn't asked to be the bridesmaid (Elementals: Ghost of a Chance).
Powers: With the magical belt she wears Dayle is one of the strongest people on the planet. She is also extremely resistant to harm.
